I wanted to let you know my estimated time I have spent working on the Welcome Home Celebration Committee.
I put a lot of time, money for gas and mileage, and did more than a volunteer’s share of work.
This is my final report for the work that Tom and I did for the Welcome Home Celebration and the work I volunteered
to do as a committee member.

In a summary……..

· I have spent more than 129 hours stuffing envelopes, mailing flyers for my own network, delivering flyers and posters, and that does not include the numerous e-mails out to my network connections.
This does not include all of the work I did going to meetings and networking with the
Whole in My Heart Military Support Group, the VVA Chapter 649, and Clermont County Veterans Commission.

· My husband spent way more than 33.5 hours helping me with driving, passing out flyers, and stuffing envelopes.

· We distributed 885 flyers (probably closer to 1000) from Dearborn Indiana to Hocking Hills Ohio to Florence Kentucky
  to Fairfield Ohio and across the country and overseas to my military heroes.

· My estimate is we drove over 839 MILES to deliver flyers.

· My estimate is I mailed about 130 invitations to my military heroes and network people.
  This was paid by Tom and myself and not the VA.
