Gina,

My son, Matthew, told me that he finally called you.

He said that Tom insisted on waking you so you could speak with him.
He said that you told him that 'he made your Thanksgiving'.
That comment alone, made my Thanksgiving !
Thank you for caring so much to look out for our loved ones that are serving.

Matthew will be leaving the Marines in Feb 2010 after serving 4 years and
2 tours to Iraq.      He is set to start college next fall.

The 17 year old kid I let go of to join the Marines
is coming home a very mature 21 year old young man.
I couldn't be more proud of him !

Thanks again for keeping my son close to your heart !
