Greetings,

Active, reserve and former service members affected by stop loss are eligible for retroactive special pay
if they served on active duty between Sept 11, 2001 and Sept 30, 2009.

Service members can submit their claim for retroactive stop loss special pay from now until Oct. 21, 2010.

Eligible personnel will receive $500 per month for each month that they were retained on active duty
because of stop loss.
